The Easy Access Rules for European Technical Standard Orders (CS-ETSO) contain the applicable Certification Specifications (CSs), displayed in a consolidated, easy-to-read format with advanced navigation features through links and bookmarks, and are available for free download from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) website.
This publication includes the EAR for CS-ETSO Amendment 17, incorporating EASA Executive Director (ED) Decision 2022/018/R, which provides a regular update of CS-ETSO and introduces ETSOs for electrical hoist equipment.
The new EAR for CS-ETSO Amendment 17 are available:
- in PDF format;
- as a new enhanced online publication with optimised performance for quick and seamless navigation, permalinks of all rule articles, as well as improved filters and search functions; and
- in machine-readable XML format that can be easily processed by and synchronised with local applications and search databases.
As the EAR for CS-ETSO are generated through the eRules platform, they will be regularly updated to incorporate further amendments to CS-ETSO.
