Which type of disruptive schedule is applied for air operators under EASA oversight?
In accordance with point ARO.OPS.230 of the Air Operations Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 965/2012), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), acting as competent authority for operators holding an EASA-issued air operator certificate (AOC), has determined that the type of disruptive schedule applicable to those operators shall be the type of disruptive schedule determined by the related State of the Operator (SoO).
