Deviate from ETSO-C80, Appendix 1, § 7.1.3 performing slosh test at room temperature instead of at 135°±10° F.

Deviate from ETSO-C80, Appendix 1, § 11.0 Permeability, specifically from §11.1.2 Test Procedure, carrying out permeability testing at a relative humidity (RH) level of 50 +/- 5% instead of 40 +/- 5%.

Deviate from ED‐73E by not performing explosion test for these equipment limited to installation in nonexplosive atmosphere.

To replace every reference to SAE AS 407C by a reference to SAE AS 407D to demonstrate compliance for Fuel Flowmeters.

To replace every reference to SAE AS 405C by a reference to SAE AS 405D to demonstrate compliance for Fuel and Oil Quantity Instruments.

To replace every reference to SAE AS 405C by a reference to SAE AS 405D to demonstrate compliance for Fuel and Oil Quantity Instruments.

Deviates from AS8031 paragraph 8.1(k) Optical Quality, as is impossible for the Applicant to meet because of the nature of the product design: i.e., a flexible hood rather than a rigid face piece or goggles.

Deviates from AS8031 paragraph 12.1.3, with light transmission being approximately 80%, slightly less than the Z87.1 standard required value of 89%.

Deviate from RTCA DO-229D that refers to “Navstar GPS Space Segment / Navigation User Interfaces” document to use IS-GPS-200G (September 2012) instead of IS-GPS-200D (December 2004).

Deviate from RTCA DO-229D that refers to GPS SPS Performance Standard, 3rd Edition, October 2001, to use instead GPS SPS Performance Standard 4th Edition, September 2008.

Deviate from RTCA DO-253C that refers to “Navstar GPS Space Segment / Navigation User Interfaces” document IS-GPS-200D (December 2004) with IRN-200D-001 (dated March 7, 2006) to use instead IS-GPS- 200G (September 2012).

Deviate from AS36100 Rev. A Section 4.10.4 by using for the container pallet a base edge rail with an EI value lower than the one required.
