Deviate from ETSO-C112e, section 3.1.1 c., section 4.2 and Appendix 1 by using RTCA DO-181E in lieu of EUROCAE ED-73E

Deviate from ETSO-C199 A1, section 3.1.1 c. and Appendix A1.2.5 by using RTCA DO-260B w/ Corrigendum 1 in lieu of EUROCAE ED-102A w/ Corrigendum 1

Deviates from RTCA DO-227A by permitting an Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) increase of 6% during one test of the environmental test sequence instead of a 2% change allowed in section 2.4.4 Test samples and test sequencies for LiMnO2 cells and batteries.
