Deviation Request ETSO‐C55#6 Fuel and Oil Quantity Instruments

To replace every reference to SAE AS 405C by a reference to SAE AS 405D to demonstrate compliance for Fuel and Oil Quantity Instruments.

This deviation poses no technical change to the ETSO, as it simply replaces the reference to the SAE AS with the reference to stable version of the respective SAE AS.
