The European Union Aviation Safety Agency has published a new revision of the Easy Access Rules for Airworthiness and Environmental Certification (Regulation (EU) No 748/2012). It's are now available for free download from the EASA website in pdf format and online format.
This Revision from September 2021 incorporates:
- Regulation (EU) 2021/699 on the instructions for continued airworthiness, the production of parts to be used during maintenance and the consideration of ageing aircraft aspects during certification, as well as the related acceptable means of compliance (AMC) and guidance material (GM) to Part 21; and
- Regulation (EU) 2021/1088, as well as the related AMC and GM to Part 21 to support the application of Regulation (EU) 2021/1088 and 2021/1087.
The document is generated through the eRules platform and will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to its content.
