The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published a new revision of the Easy Access Rules for Aerodromes (EAR for ADR), available in PDF, machine-readable XML, and in a new improved online version with:
- optimised performance for quick access to EAR pages and links;
- permalinks to the latest version of all rule articles; and
- enhanced filters, search functions, and navigation for computers, tablets, and mobiles phones.
Revision from March 2026 includes the following rules:
- ED Decision 2025/004/R (CS-ADR-DSN Issue 7), amending provisions of operational nature in CS-ADR-DSN, which had been transferred to the AMC & GM to Part-ADR.OPS;
- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/21, introducing requirements for aerodrome operators related to ground handling (GH) activities;
- ED Decision 2025/009/R laying down acceptable means of compliance (AMC) and guidance material (GM) to support the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2025/21 on GH activities at aerodromes; and
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2293, amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203 on the requirements for organisations subject to a declaration and correcting among others Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 (the ‘Aerodromes Regulation’).
As the EAR for ADR are generated through the eRules platform, they will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to their content.
