The objective of this Decision is to support stakeholders with the implementation of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/111 by issuing amendments to the AMC and GM to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 and its annexes.
Overall, the amendments are intended to facilitate compliance with the above-mentioned regulations by adapting the existing AMC and GM to continuing airworthiness rules for electric- and hybrid-propulsion aeroplanes and helicopters and non-conventional aircraft, thus providing for safety, efficiency and a level playing field to a level similar to that established with existing AMC and GM to continuing airworthiness rules for conventional aircraft.
