Comprehensive review of procedures of the State Civil Aviation Agency of Azerbaijan was conducted in Baku from 26 to 30 January 2026. The activity covered issuance of specific approvals in accordance with Regulation 965/2012, for both fixed-wing and rotorcraft operations.
The project experts provided recommendations to the SCAA on development of procedures and explained the relevant provisions of the EU rules.
