Conclusions of the comprehensive review of the draft Air Code of Armenia were presented by the project expert during a workshop in Yerevan.
The review was conducted against the relevant EU aviation acquis and applicable ICAO standards. The purpose was to support a structured and practical legal assessment of the current draft.
The draft Air Code was reviewed article by article and each provision was assessed against the relevant EU / ICAO legal and regulatory framework
The analysis focused on:
- legal alignment,
- institutional clarity,
- regulatory completeness,
- and implementation logic.
The Eastern Partnership project is funded by the European Union and implemented by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency.
