Clarification on the limited validity of equation (A-22) and (A-22a) proposed by DO-229(A,B,C,D) for the ionospheric pierce point location computation and provision of a formula which does not have that limitation.
Comments on these deviations are invited and should be sent by mail or electronic mail (preferred means), before 30th of July 2015 before 30th August 2015.
Commenting period has been extended to accomodate more time for simulations.
