This document contains the Easy Access Rules for Master Minimum Equipment List (EAR for CS-MMEL). It includes the applicable certification specifications (CSs) and guidance material (GM), displayed in a consolidated, easy-to-read format with advanced navigation features through links and bookmarks.
The latest publication of the EAR for CS-MMEL incorporates the Issue 4 of the CS introduced by the ED Decision 2025/021/R of 17 December 2025, which provides a regular update of CS-MMEL and in particular items covered by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Policy Letters that had not yet been included in CS-MMEL.
All four Issues are available in pdf format and Issues 2, 3 and 4 in xml (machine-readable format) that can be easily processed by, and synchronised with, local applications, search databases, etc.
Issue 4 of the EAR for CS-MMEL is additionally available in a new improved online version with:
- optimised performance for quick and seamless navigation,
- a pair of permalinks for each rule article pointing to the latest version of the article and to the article version under the displayed amendment,
- improved filters, search functions, and navigation for computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
Being generated through the eRules platform, the document will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to the CSs and GM.
