Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material to Annex V (Part-SPA) to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 — Issue 1, Amendment 17
This Decision issues amendments to the acceptable means of compliance (AMC) and guidance material (GM) to the air operations rules on the management system, the alternative training and qualification programme (ATQP) and the flight data monitoring (FDM) programme.
The objective is to increase the effectiveness of FDM programmes.
The regulatory material is intended to enhance safety and improve efficiency, with a low economic impact.
