EASA issues updated Ukraine CZIB to reflect opening of some Moldovan airspace

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency has updated its Conflict Zone Information Bulletin to reflect an opening of a portion of Moldovan airspace. This reflects a decision taken by the Integrated EU Aviation Security Risk Assessment group, following the decision of the Moldovan government to open this section of its airspace to traffic.

Other restrictions defined in the CZIB are maintained. Operators are reminded that this area is an active conflict zone.

EASA continues to monitor the situation closely and will take action as needed to ensure operators are aware of the safety and security of air operations.
