The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published Revision from July 2026 of the Easy Access Rules for Third Country Operators (EAR for TCO).
This Revision incorporates into the EAR for TCO the amendments introduced by Management Board (MB) Decision 09-2026 into MB Decision 01-2023. MB Decision No 09-2026 amends the ‘TCO Authorisation Procedure’, i.e. the general principles on authorisation procedures to be applied by EASA for issuing authorisations for third country operators. The MB Decision was adopted on 6 July and was published on the EASA website on 9 July 2026.
As the EAR for TCO are generated through the eRules platform, they will be updated regularly to incorporate further changes and evolutions to their content.
