Description
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for EASA’s Annual Safety Conference 2026, which will take place as an in-person event in Dublin, Ireland on November 18-19.
The EASA Annual Safety Conference is the Agency’s flagship high-level conference on safety. The theme for this year's conference is “Safety Together: Turning Priorities into Action”. The event is being held in conjunction with Ireland's EU presidency and in cooperation with the Irish Aviation Authority.
This year’s conference will emphasise that safety in aviation depends on the joint and coordinated endeavours of all parties – ranging from individual staff to large organisations – to keep a constant focus on safety. In speeches, panels and discussions we will address the key challenges facing aviation – today and tomorrow – and the actions that need to be taken to confront these. We will look at emerging and future risks for aviation, both at systemic and operational level: addressing safety management, people in aviation, leadership in aviation, AI, ATM systems, adverse weather and supply chain challenges and other topics.
The 1.5-day event will take place in the begin early in the afternoon on Wednesday November 18 and continue for the full day on Thursday November 19. A networking get-together, open to all participants, will be held on the evening of November 18.
The preliminary agenda can be found below.
You can register for the event below. We will review each registration and then send a request for payment if the registration has been accepted. Your participation will be confirmed only after payment has been received.
Please note that we will initially accept a maximum of two participants from each organisation, to ensure that we have a wide range of organisations represented. Further requests will be placed on an internal waiting list, for the case that additional places become available.
