The Part-IS Workshop 2026 will take place on 7- 8 October 2026 at the EASA premises.

The workshop will bring together aviation stakeholders to reflect on experiences gained so far with the implementation of Part-IS and to discuss the next steps. It will cover lessons learned from both complex and non-complex organisations, highlight common implementation challenges and potential solutions, and present available guidelines to support aviation organisations and competent authorities.

Hybrid meeting

Interested participants have the option to attend the workshop either in person or online via WebEx.

• Registration for in person participation is only taking place via the relevant tool and the link to it provided on this webpage (Registration/In person participation). Any requests received via other channels or beyond the registration period will not be accommodated. The event will be held on a cost recovery basis.
• Registration for online participation is also feasible free of charge. Participants have to register via the Webex meeting for each day by using the Webex registration link also available on this webpage (Registration/online participation) 

Important: Please note that participants should select one method of attendance only and complete the relevant registration process. Please do not register for both in person and online attendance.
