Locally Approved, Globally Accepted - a regulatory approach to harmonisation and flexibility

The conference gives participants an update on the state of play of the different Notices of Proposed Amendment (NPAs) following the extension of responsibilities to air operations, flight crew licensing and third country operators. The conference will specifically focus on performance based rulemaking and the proposed approach of using certification specifications and acceptable means of compliance.
