Description
The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) would like to invite you to the first General Aviation seminar organised by the General Aviation section. It will be a two days seminar focused in the certification of general aviation aircraft and with special attention to the LSA aircraft, after the first types obtained the Restricted Type Certificate in April 2012.
The first day of the seminar will be dedicated to the LSA aircraft including an update on Part 21 changes, lessons learnt, EASA involvement, and to have the industry feedback of the experiences and difficulties during the certification process and also to discuss future orientations. It will take place on Monday 29 of October and it is meant specially for the LSA industry.
The second day Tuesday 30 October 2012 will be split in 2: half day (morning) for CS-23 update and half day (afternoon) will be reserved for National Authorities to have some internal feedback on the EASA oversight and level of involvement, among other topics.
