Location
Description
Following the adoption of the new regulatory framework for the FSTD Capability Signature (FCS), EASA is pleased to invite affected stakeholders to an information session on the new requirements and their practical implications.
The session will be the first session in-presence at EASA in a series of events supporting stakeholders in understanding and implementing the new framework.
It will cover the regulatory amendments introduced by Regulation (EU) 2026/781 to Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 (Aircrew Regulation) and Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 (Air Operations Regulation), the supporting AMCs and GMs and the new CS-FSTD Issue 1.
The participants will be provided with an overview of the new requirements, their applicability and the expected impact on affected stakeholders.
Questions
The session will also include an opportunity to address stakeholder questions. Questions should be submitted in advance via (Slido – Code: #FCS) between now and 10 November 2026. Please check existing questions and up-vote where relevant rather than submitting duplicates.
The event will take place on 15 December 2026 as a hybrid event at the EASA premises in Cologne.
Participation
The session is free-of-charge. Registration is mandatory for both on-site and online participation.
On-site attendance is limited to 100 participants. Priority will be given to the following affected stakeholder groups:
