The objective of this conference is to present to affected stakeholders the main elements of the NPA to be issued covering Annex I and Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 2042/2003 as related to:

• the implementation of SMS in Part-M and Part-145 (RMT MDM.055)
• the amendments in Sections B of Part-M and Part-145 respectively to align with relevant authority requirements in Part-ARA/Part-ARO
