During a suspected unapproved parts investigation, it was discovered that ACME Components Company, located in Beijing China, sold counterfeit SMLJ15CD TR-T diodes. The referenced diodes were improperly finished in lead, had an odd character font, a misspelled label and were identified as being manufactured in a facility that had been closed for many years prior to manufacture.
