In order to effectively support and maintain the alignment of the implementation of the U-space regulatory framework, the current associated AMC and GM should be revised.
The objective of this rulemaking task (RMT) is to enable a continued safe, harmonised, and efficient implementation of U-space, taking due account of lessons learned from the implementation.
This RMT aims at addressing recommendations to improve the efficiency and safety of the implementation, proposals from stakeholders, as well as editorial changes and/or harmonisation between regulations (e.g. with Regulation (EU) 2019/947). It will also consider the feedback from stakeholders discussions during the implementation support task (IST.0003).
To this end, this RMT proposes to amend the current relevant AMC and GM to the U-space regulatory framework.
