The Applicant, following a review of its proposed design, has amended the request for an Equivalent Safety Finding which was limited to CS 25.813[c(2)(i)] and CS25.813[c(4)(i)] at Amdt 15 and not extended any longer to CS 25.807(b) and CS 25.807(c).
