The proposed regulatory material is intended to ensure that the DSs and associated AMC and GM remain fit for purpose and cost-effective, can be implemented by the affected stakeholders and facilitate the continuous improvement of the European ATM/ANS systems and ATM/ANS constituents that support the operations of the European Air Traffic Management Network (EATMN).
