Use of GPT@EC by EASA staff

Purpose

The purpose of this processing activity is to enable authenticated EASA users to use Large Language Models (LLMs) for corporate purposes. To provide this service, the system processes users' prompts and related contextual information, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) data where applicable, and generates AI-assisted responses based on those inputs.
