The purpose of the personal data processing is to facilitate the activities of the Careers & Training, Working conditions, and Health & Safety Joint Committees established via ED Decision 2023/019/ED. These committees are an instrument of social interaction between the administration and the staff of EASA as represented by the Staff Committee. They shall contribute to the development of the staff policy and its proper implementation and help to ensure the provisions in force in this area are applied fairly and impartially. They shall form an integral part of cooperation between the administration and the staff.
