The purpose of the personal data processing is to facilitate the activities of the Joint Committee on Ethics established by ED Decision 2023/019/ED, namely:

  • Providing opinions on post-employment activities of former staff (Article 16 Staff Regulations; Articles 11 and 91 CEOS).
  • Giving opinions on conflict-of-interest assessments and changes to the ethical framework of the Agency.
  • Promoting transparency and integrity in Agency operations.
