EASA Environmental Portal

The Environmental Portal is EASA’s digital platform designed to collect and make aircraft noise documentation available in an efficient and secure way.

In line with Regulation (EU) No 598/2014 Article 7(2) EASA is the designated responsible entity for the collection of available aircraft noise certificate or equivalent noise documentation (ANC) data of individual aircraft operating at Union airports from aircraft operators and making it available to the public.

The regulation is applicable to civil fixed-wing aircraft with a maximum certified take-off mass of 34 000 kg or more, or with a certificated maximum internal accommodation of 19 passenger seats or more (excluding any seats for crew only) .

Access is limited to competent authorities, air navigation service providers and airport operators as described in Article 7(6) of Regulation (EU) No 598/2014.

Existing users of the Environmental Portal within legacy application will be migrated by EASA and will receive an email notification with instructions on how to activate their accounts. New users will be managed through EASA Connect, EASA’s central Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) system, where they can create an account and request access to the platform.
