How to apply
The preferred way to receive this application is by email to Applicant [dot] Services [at] easa [dot] europa [dot] eu.
Please support the paperless management of applications by submitting applications to us electronically only.
If this is your first application to EASA and you do not have an EASA applicant account, you will need to submit a copy of articles of incorporation of the entity or business registration stating the company name, business registration number and legal seat of the company.
An exposition should be provided together with the application. All other specific technical documents shall be provided directly to the person responsible for the technical investigating of your application. The individual contact details will be communicated to you upon EASA application acceptance.

Good to know
Fees and Charges: Will be levied in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 319/2014. The applicable table for your application can be found in Part II of the regulation. Following the successful approval of your application, your organisation will fall under continuous oversight by EASA. The oversight activity is also subject to invoicing of working hours and travel costs, as applicable.
