Yes. The term ELA2 aircraft should be understood to include as encompassing aircrafts constituent components, such as their engines, propellers, parts. Consequently, organisations that can clearly demonstrate that they are involved in the production of products or parts to be exclusively installed on ELA1 or ELA2 aircraft are also exempted from complying with Part-IS.
