The primary objective of the project is to investigate safety criteria and relevant test methods which will form the fundamental basis for proposing a change to CS-23 Certification Specification. To demonstrate that the proposed criteria are satisfactory flight trials with an existing spin resistant aircraft or modified aircraft will be carried out.
