Ninth Rotorcraft Symposium

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Ninth Rotorcraft Symposium scheduled to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Cologne, Germany, on 2 and 3 December 2015. The EASA Rotorcraft Symposium is the European forum for the rotary wing community where Authorities, Industry, Operators and Pilots are invited to present and discuss the recent achievements in the field and share their future vision of a common strategy for rotorcraft airworthiness and operations, for the promotion of Aviation Safety.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Substitutions and cancellations can be made until 21 November 2015. Please notify us as soon as possible at rotorcraft [at] easa.europa.eu (subject: Symposium) (rotorcraft[at]easa[dot]europa[dot]eu) and always state the word “Symposium” in the subject line.

Cancellations of an accepted registration must be made in writing to rotorcraft [at] easa.europa.eu (subject: Symposium) (rotorcraft[at]easa[dot]europa[dot]eu) and will incur into a 25% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration. Please always state the word “Symposium” in the subject line.

Delegates who request a cancellation on or after 22 November 2015 or delegates who fail to attend without prior notice are liable for the full attendance fee. Refunds of fees will be made after 31 December 2015. The attendance fee will not be prorated should delegates not attend the entire conference.
