Revision 24 from March 2026 of the Easy Access Rules for Air Operations (EAR for Air OPS) incorporates the following regulatory material:
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2293 of 10 November 2025 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203 as regards the requirements applicable to organisations subject to a declaration and correcting Regulations (EU) No 1178/2011, (EU) No 748/2012, (EU) No 965/2012, (EU) No 139/2014, (EU) No 1321/2014, (EU) 2015/340, and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373;

EASA Executive Director (ED) Decision 2025/020/R of 2 December 2025 issuing:
- Amendment 29 to Issue 2 of the Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material to Annex III (Part-ORO); and
- Amendment 17 to Issue 1 of the Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material to Annex V (Part-SPA)
to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, on the management system, the alternative training and qualification programme (ATQP), and the flight data monitoring (FDM) programme, to increase the effectiveness of FDM programmes; and

- Amendment 19 to Issue 1 of the Guidance Material to Annex I (Definitions for terms used in Annexes II to VIII); and
- Amendment 17 to Issue 2 of the Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material to Annex VII (Part-NCO)
to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, to support the implementation of Commission Implementing Regulations (EU) 2025/133 and (EU) 2025/134, and more specifically, to facilitate compliance with the requirements regarding flight crew licensing for gyroplanes (in particular, pilot training) and regarding non-commercial operations of gyroplanes conducted under visual flight rules by day and by night.
The EAR for Air OPS cover all Annexes (I-IX) to the Air OPS Regulation (Definitions, Part-ARO, Part-ORO, Part-CAT, Part-SPA, Part-NCC, Part-NCO, Part-SPO, Part-IAM), as well as the related Certification Specifications (CSs), AMC, and GM. They contain the applicable rules for aerodromes displayed in a consolidated, easy-to-read format, available for free download from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) website:
- in PDF format;
- as an enhanced online publication with optimised performance for quick and seamless navigation, permalinks of all rule articles, as well as improved filters and search functions; and
- in XML (machine-readable format) that can be easily processed by and synchronised with local applications, search databases, etc.
As the EAR for Air OPS are generated through the eRules platform, they will be regularly updated to incorporate further changes and evolutions to their content.
