Description of the event
The EASA Rotorcraft and VTOL Symposium is a unique forum in Europe to discuss the latest developments for rotorcraft from a safety perspective.
This symposium is existing for 12 years and has a growing recognition in the community. For this year's edition the scope will be extended in order to cover all types of Vertical Take-off and Landing Aircraft (VTOL). Other changes and additions:
- Update on the Rotorcraft Safety Roadmap,
- Dedicated session on VTOL (Vertical Takeoff and Landing) to present the status of the future Means of Compliance to support the Special Condition on VTOL released in July 2019,
- A Safety Promotion workshop aimed to promote Helicopter Technologies with Safety Benefits.

Administrative fee
Participants will have to pay an administrative fee of 160,00 € per person for the 2 days.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations shall be made in writing until two weeks before the start of the conference to Rotorcraft2019 [at] doo.net (Rotorcraft2019[at]doo[dot]net). A 25% non-refundable administrative fee per cancelled registration will incur.
Delegates who request a cancellation 13 days or less before the start of the conference or delegates who fail to attend without prior notice are liable for the full attendance fee. The attendance fee will not be prorated should delegates not attend the entire conference.

Accommodation & Travel arrangements
Participants to the Symposium need to take care of the accommodation and travel arrangements themselves.
