General information
The 3rd EASA Flight Test & Human Factors Conference is the European forum dedicated to NAA or accredited organization flight test crews conducting flight and human factors activity in support of EASA to share their work, views and ideas on initial airworthiness and certification flight testing for both large and small airplanes and helicopters, relevant test techniques and current and future Certification Standards and requirements for the promotion of Aviation Safety.
We expect and encourage lively discussions during the conference.
Arrival Instructions
The conference takes place at the EASA offices at Konrad Adenauer Ufer 3, 50668 Cologne, Germany. Delegates should enter the building at the front. You will get in advance an invitation with QR-code and free WIFI access.
For information on accommodation in Cologne, please visit the booking platform ehotel. Type “EASA” in the field “Destination” and select “Köln, Deutschland” to get special rates.
Funding
There is no funding from EASA for this conference. Delegates should travel at their own expense, seeking reimbursement from their employer under their normal procedures). Similarly, the evening social events are at personal expense and there is no obligation to attend these. Notes to Presenters
The standard time slot allows for a 30 minute presentation and 30 minutes for questions and answers. The presentations can be run either through an EASA device or through your personal laptop, should you wish so. We will have an IT technician on hand to assist if required. Please provide your ready presentations to Mr Marco LOCATELLI (marco.locatelli [at] easa.europa.eu) until 16 June 2017 latest in order to allow us time for technical preparations.
