Sorry for the long time taken to answer your question but we had to discuss internally... Unfortunately no, since point ARA.MED.330(f) says that holders of such special medical certificate shall be restricted to exercise their privileges only within those Member States which are involved in the relevant research protocol.

Lars-Henrik Eriksson • 6 years agoI don't see how the Swedish national classification of runways is relevant. There is no mention in part-NCO/NCC that you need an instrument runway for IFR departures.
