Peter,
the aircraft specific procedure should be outlined in the Flightmanual of the plane in question.

Good day everyone!
According to SERA.5001 in airspace classes F and G when so prescribed by the competent authority:
(a) flight visibilities reduced to not less than 1 500 m may be permitted for flights operating:
(1) at speeds of 140 kts IAS or less to give adequate opportunity to observe other traffic or any obstacles in time to avoid collision; or
(2) in circumstances in which the probability of encounters with other traffic would normally be low, e.g. in areas of low volume traffic and for aerial work at low levels;
(b) helicopters may be permitted to operate in less than 1 500 m but not less than 800 m flight visibility, if manoeuvred at a speed that will give adequate opportunity to observe other traffic or any obstacles in time to avoid collision.
Can you share information if this specification has been implemented in any variation in your respective member state?
Thank you!

Radio licencing in Austria, in German Language! Good afternoon, I am doing PPL training in Austria (in English) - I have now realised I am expected to pass the radio licence test in German (administered by the postal authority!). Is there any work-around? Could I do the test under UK rules and have it recognised? Are radio licenses transferable across the EU? The language of aviation is English, all comms with ATC in English, but the exam in german! Help!

Good day everyone! I was wondering where could I find information which are prescribed by EASA regulations when it comes to evaluating aircrew (specifically cabin crew) internally? What are do's and don'ts, scoring, written/verbal/practical rules etc.
Feel free to leave any references that could be helpful! Thank you!

In France, awaiting official authorisation from DGAC (French CAA) only solo flights are allowed yet.
Right from early confinement measures (mid march) ANPI (Instructors Association) organised teleconference refreshment briefings offered to FI and FE on a voluntary basis. We are happy to announce that yesterday we logged the 1000th participant yesterday.
Also RSFI and RSFE organised by ANPI for FI and FE revalidations and renewal are suffering from travel and meeting restrictions. Based on our teleconference safety briefing experiences, it has been offered to our CAA to perform these refreshment courses also by teleconferences. Permission is awaited.
