Hi everyone. Is there a list of EASA approved single engine aeroplanes being used for PPL and CPL training?

PART-FCL 620 (c)
I have some questions about Part-FCL 620 (c) which went into effect on April 8th last year, and which now grants IR-SE to those who pass the IR-ME skill test provided they hold a SE class or type rating.

1) First of all it does not appear in the consolidated version of Aircrew dated August 2020, but it does appear in the Easy Access Rules. I am wondering why that is...
2) If a person obtained the IR-ME prior to April 8th 2020, and held a SE class or type rating at the time of the the skill test, or obtained a SE class or type rating after having completed the skill test, will he/she be granted the IR-SE? That would constitute retro-activity which is something I believe is not customary in our legal systems, but I may be wrong.
3) If a person has previously held a IR-SE rating (expired), and now revalidates IR-ME, will he/she be granted a revalidation of IR-SE? As far as I cant tell from the current Part-FCL; that is not the case either but it does not sound reasonable especially since AFAIK no changes have been made to the skill test requirements...
