happy new year, guys, 1) do you have 5g network in your country? 2) do you (your airline) does operate on the u.s.? 3) if you answered "yes" to one or both on the previous questions, how are you dealing with the faa ad (airworthiness directive) related to the 5g-radio altimeter interference, please? easa issued an comment saying that "for the reasons described above, faa ad 2021-23-12 is not eligible for adoption by easa under the provisions of ed decision 2019/018/ed." kindly.

Dear All

For clarification MMEL item related with FCU Channel (written in A320 MMEL as FLIGHT PREPARATION/LIMITATIONS: RNP APCH operations are not permitted). For complied this operational restriction can we classify VOR or NDB apch as RNP approaches when they are planned to fly as fully managed (e.g FINAL APP) by using navigation data base?
