Dear All

For clarification MMEL item related with FCU Channel (written in A320 MMEL as FLIGHT PREPARATION/LIMITATIONS: RNP APCH operations are not permitted). For complied this operational restriction can we classify VOR or NDB apch as RNP approaches when they are planned to fly as fully managed (e.g FINAL APP) by using navigation data base?

Dear All,

We would like to know if there are any news regarding the date of entry into force of the amendments proposed by the Opinion 02/2021, regarding AWOs and crew training requirements.

According to the Opinion's rulemaking timeline, the IR is expected to be published in Q4 2021 and the corresponding Decision in Q1 2022. In order to ensure an adequate and timely implementation of the changes generated in the AIR OPS regulation, any additional specific information would be really appreciated.
