Dear Acaymo, thank you for the interest in ECCAIRS 2 or E2 in short.
I assume that your Competent Authority is AESA in Spain and it is their agenda and planning on when the Spanish aviation authority and with them, their Reporters reporting to them under EU R376/2014, will start using E2.
When the authority is using E2, then the Airlines/AOC will be able to use the E2 Reporting Portal to submit their Occurrence Reports via that method.
So I suggest you contact your authority to get a correct answer for your particular situation.
Hope this clarifies.

Good afternoon Sr!

Yes, I am in contact with AESA SNS about E2. My question is if another AO in Europe are using E2. Do you have information about this?

Other question is: It is true that the AO will paid for use E2?

Best regards!

Dear ,
Acaymo thk u for that,,so in Greece the CAA registers the reports received in the European Database (ECCAIRS). Through ECCAIRS, Greece exchanges security-related information with other countries that submit data to ECCAIRS by sending registered cases to the EU Joint Research Center (JRC).
In addition to incident reports, security-related information sources include findings from inspections and inspections, FDM data analysis, information from the Security Management systems of Service Providers, accident investigation findings, safety assessment of changes, media!!!
All reports follow the EU R376/2014 regulation!!!
Best regards!!!

@Sokratis : indeed the EU Aviation Authorities collect their national Occurrences and share them to the ECR (European Central Repository) but this is no longer managed by JRC. Since 2021 and ECCAIRS 2 this is managed by EASA
