Webinar on Area 100 Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes: Theoretical Knowledge Courses for the ATPL, MPL, and CPL (Aeroplanes, Helicopters)

Description
EASA in cooperation with representatives of the Aircrew Training Policy Group (ATPG) will share best practices on implementing Area 100 KSA/CBTA into pilot training courses, with particular focus on:
• KSA implementation with practical examples of formative and summative assessments, Mental Maths test;
• Training Course Design;
• TKI and KSA Assessor training including a live exercise on achieving inter-rater reliability; and
• Reflection on Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) across the training phases.
The purpose of this event is to further enhance safety and training effectiveness.
Approved Training Organisations (ATOs), National Competent Authorities (NCAs) and interested industry experts are invited to participate in this online event.
It is anticipated that the participants are familiar with the Area 100 KSA Learning Objectives and associated competencies as set out in the Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material (AMC & GM) to the Aircrew Regulation.
