Occurrence Reporting for EASA Organisations

The focus of the webinar hosted by EASA will be on the essential aspects of the regulatory framework for occurrence reporting applicable to organisations for which EASA is the competent authority, such as design organisations, production organisations, maintenance organisations, air operators, air navigation services organisations and flight crew training organisations. 

The webinar will cover key topics such as reporting requirements, reportable occurrences, data quality challenges and an in-depth overview of the ECCAIRS 2 reporting system. Additionally, participants will gain insights into the EASA’s end-to-end occurrence management process and use of the European Risk Classification Scheme (ERCS) for safety risk management. 

The session will include practical guidance and best practices, ensuring that all participants involved in occurrence reporting tasks leave with a clearer understanding of their roles and responsibilities at organisation level.
