EASA-IATA Workshop on Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Resilience
On-site eventLocation
Description
Join us for a critical workshop addressing the growing safety concerns in aviation due to Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) jamming and spoofing.
This interactive event aims to unite airlines, manufacturers, system suppliers, air navigation service providers, and institutions to tackle the increasing risks to Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) services. We'll assess safety threats, develop mitigation strategies, and look forward for a unified European Aviation PNT strategy. Discussions will focus on risk identification, collaborative assessment, and formulating both short- and long-term solutions.
Your participation is vital in shaping a resilient aviation future amidst these evolving challenges.
This workshop aims to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges and develop collaborative strategies to address the current situation. To ensure a productive and open exchange of information, we are implementing the Chatham House Rule to help create a trusted environment and enhance sharing of information. As attendee of the EASA-IATA workshop on PNT resilience, you will be able to share the information you receive, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the person who provided the information.
Therefore, we require all participants to adhere to the following terms:
- taking no picture, audio or video record during the event,
- not disclosing the identity or affiliation of speakers,
