I am working on the VFR-guide/course for Norway to make it easier for you to visit Norway. Guess we have to rename it the General Aviation Guide for Norway next year. We see more GA pilots traveling by IFR these days.

Our guide is available here: https://bit.ly/2IJHYyh

Do you know about any other guides for general Aviation? Please post here. Happy to link in our guide.

As president of our Aeroclub ACHA (Aero Club Hilversum Amsterdam) I will promote our members to visit Norway and to use your VFR guide.

Good to hear. Several of my colleagues here in CAA Norway are Dutch. We will release the 2020 version of the VFR guide in February. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Dear friends, I am not completely sure if following links are exactly VFR Guides according your criteria, but definitely will help anybody flying to Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. It is necessary to make registration for everyone national system separately but services are free of charge, running by ANSP of each country.
Slovakia: http://aisweb.lps.sk/ixo/login.php
Hungary: https://www.netbriefing.hu/login.php
Poland: https://iwb.pansa.pl/login.php
Some of them have direct access to national AIP as well.
