Below is an image showing the latest state of development of the ADS-B Traffic Display in use at City Airport (Manchester Barton) as part of the Airspace4All GA Airfield ATS ADS-B Traffic Display Trial.

The new split screen setup shows a 10NM radius view of the Barton Information Designated Operational Coverage (DOC) area on the left and a close up view of the Air Traffic Zone/circuit on the right.

Barton ADS-B Traffic Display

As planned, the Trial is now live at all 3 of our trial GA airfields in the UK - Barton, Chichester Goodwood and North Weald. Feedback from the airfields has been very positive, validating the improvements to ATS situational awareness in the vicinity of the airfields. We aim to publish our trial report by the end of September 2019.
