Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a rule that EASA Member States must publish aeronautical information at least in English in addition to the national language?
For example, regulations for take-offs of balloons outside of an airfield are only published in german language.
Check AIS.TR.300 General – Aeronautical information products - "Aeronautical information products intended for distribution shall include English text for those parts expressed in plain language, except those products intended to be distributed solely within a Member State."
You may also want to check EUROCONTROL's OPADD "NOTAM intended for international distribution shall include English text for those parts expressed in plain language."
Enjoy
