Cultivating and nurturing positive wellbeing is an integral part of a holistic approach to your role as a pilot. This is particularly relevant now during the COVID-19 crisis. Some of you may have experienced extended periods of time off, or greatly reduced schedules. Others amongst you may have continued to work as normal but with many additional pressures.
