Do Ht make exam in his school ?

Dear all,

i discovered that now ht can do exam to the students of his school.

I'm not agree because It's a conflict of interrest !

No one will fail the students of his school.

Who is so stupid to saw the tree brunch which you are seated on it ! 

But what about the student ?

As a flight instructor I see  the student more relaxed knowing that the HT will do their exam and this means more easy to pass.

What about  the flight safey ?

May be one day you could be seated in a passenger plane, with a pilot that got his licence in this easy way, will you be feel safe ?

I asked to myself as a old flight instructor  why now all the airline require additional course  as auprt ADVANCED upset recovery training. The normal uprt is not enough now! ( sig ) !

The answer I found is a lack of training !

One of the cause for me are because the Flight instructors are too youg without any experience.

And if you add that the Ht do the exam this will not improve the flight safety for sure !

The instructor  is a man that has to transmit his experience to the students, but if he has not got any what he can transmit ?

Experience = safety

Solution?

First stop make instructor too youg and without axperience,( increase age and total time required to became instructor and second stop as well as ht doing exam on his school !
